This task represents the ongoing work of building climate resilience in your community. It involves not only continuing to make good progress implementing strategies identified in your plan, but also continuing to educate and engage residents so that they understand and support the resilience program over time.
Using the general implementation planning completed in Step 5, the Implementation Task Force will develop detailed annual and three year workplans to implement the strategies identified in your community’s Climate Resilience Plan.

Your existing Task Force has been working very hard and it is now time to hand the implementation work to a new group of people. In this step, the Task Force will revisit the stakeholder spreadsheet from Step 1 and notes from the workshops to determine who is best suited to serve on an Implementation Task Force.
