Step 1: Launch the Project
Let’s get started! In this step, you will lay the groundwork for a successful resilience process. Depending on what work your community has done on the issue, this step may be very quick, or it might take many months. You will use this foundation throughout the process, so take the time to engage with stakeholders and figure out the best way to communicate with your community before moving on to Step 2.
